Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of MondayBrief, provided by Aupaju Varahaldus OÜ (Estonia). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
MondayBrief reads analytics data you authorise (read-only) and generates draft performance updates. Drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing them before sharing them with anyone. MondayBrief does not send anything to your clients.
Your account and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorised to access the Google Analytics and Search Console data you connect, including any client's data. Keep your sign-in secure.
Subscriptions, trial and cancellation
Demo clients are free and need no payment card. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial: a payment card is required at checkout, and the plan is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and monthly in advance after that, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices exclude VAT/sales tax; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; cancelling during the trial means you are not charged, and cancelling later takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it in violation of Google's terms or any law.
AI-generated content
Briefs are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Numbers come from Google's APIs; commentary is generated by software. Check before you send.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
